Board, standups, planning poker and retros in one place, with Slack for the daily nudge. A blocker names the person who can clear it, and you see every squad's sprint before the call. Priced per squad, in EGP.

Works with Slack Works with GitHub SoonTickets with keys, sub-tasks, estimates, labels and due dates. Drag a card or pick its column from a menu. Set a WIP limit, search every ticket and comment, and save the views your team uses.
Each person's standup opens on their own tickets and what moved since yesterday. Tick what you worked on, move a card from the form, or let AI draft yesterday and today from your tickets.
A blocker names the person or squad holding it up. That person sees it under "Waiting on you", owns it, and can get a ticket in their own backlog. You track each blocker from raised to cleared.
Each member's time for the sprint, after your work week, holidays and their days off, against the work on their tickets. You see who is full before you commit, not halfway through the sprint.
Timed rounds in one room for the whole squad. Nobody sees a card before the reveal. Pick a story from the backlog, and the agreed estimate lands on its ticket.
A shared retro board all sprint, with votes and action items that carry over with an owner and a due date. Unfinished tickets roll into the next sprint, and every closed sprint keeps its board, standups and a one-page report.
Export a CSV and import it into any squad's board. Statuses map to your columns, assignees match by email, and importing the same file twice adds nothing. Move over squad by squad, without retyping a ticket.
Set the goal and dates, estimate in a poker round, and check capacity before anyone commits. Each squad keeps its own board, form and working agreement.
The team writes its standup before the call, on the web or in Slack. You open one screen with every squad, blockers first, and walk into the call knowing where to look.
Hold the retro, review last sprint's actions, and start the next sprint with the unfinished work carried over. Every sprint stays on record with its report.
Every blocker names who it waits on, so Firaq counts which squads hold each other up and shows each pair on your overview. A blocker without a pick gets flagged for you to assign. The dependency stops living inside one person's head.
Blocker rate, participation, retro follow-through and how often people end a sprint over capacity, charted across the last four quarters, next to how long blockers take to clear and a health score for each squad. You read the trend and draw your own conclusion.
On the cross-squad overview, click "Summarize this day". Firaq reads every squad's update and writes one card per squad: its status, a short summary, and what is blocked. It runs only when your organization turns AI on in Settings.
The daily brief and the standup draft run only when your organization turns AI on. Until then your team's standups and tickets never leave Firaq, and no AI vendor sees a word of them.
Three years running multiple squads, hitting the same blind spot every morning: no single place to see who is blocked across teams. Firaq is the tool I wanted and could not buy at an Egyptian price. I now build it full-time.
No. Your team still meets and talks. Writing status before the call leaves the meeting for blockers instead of roll-call.
Not for a squad that runs its sprint in Firaq. The board holds the tickets, the standups read from it, poker writes estimates to it, and the retro closes the sprint. A larger team can import its Jira or Linear tickets from a CSV export and move over squad by squad. Firaq charges per squad in EGP, not per user in dollars, so adding people does not grow the bill.
Self-serve signup is built and tested. Public access opens with launch, and every new organization lands on 30 days of Starter. Join the waitlist to be in the first group.
Yes. Connect a squad to a Slack channel and the daily reminder posts there with an Add standup button. The button, and the /standup command, open the same form inside Slack. The web board stays the source of truth either way.
Yes. Every squad and every organization is isolated at the query level. A member sees only their own squad, and Firaq rejects a cross-squad or cross-org request outright.
You drop to the free tier, not to a paywall. One squad stays active, and you pick which. Your other squads and planning poker become read-only: you keep every ticket, standup, retro, estimate, and sprint you recorded, and nothing is deleted. Upgrade and they all work again.
